New pick-up desk at Hamad International Airport

Our Hamad International Airport desk is now open in the arrivals hall.

The desk operates from 06:00 to 02:00 every day, covering the overwhelming majority of scheduled arrivals. Bookings made online at least four hours before landing are prepared in advance, which means the handover takes under ten minutes: licence check, contract signature, keys. If your flight is delayed, the booking is held automatically against the flight number you supplied.
