Roadside assistance now answers in under twenty minutes

We have added recovery crews across Doha, bringing the average response time down from forty-one minutes to nineteen.

The assistance line is staffed at all hours and is reachable on the number printed on the keyring in every vehicle. Cover includes battery, tyre, fuel, and lock-out call-outs, plus recovery to the nearest branch when the vehicle cannot continue.

Where a fault takes a car off the road, a replacement is dispatched to the customer rather than requiring a branch visit.
